		<description>Your purple gnocchi is so cool.  But I have to admit that the reason I was moved to leave a comment is that I, too, share a dislike of chunky tomato sauces. In fact, anything with tomato &quot;guts&quot; is off-limits in my book.  So, while I will keep my eye out for purple potatoes to one day use for this gnocchi, I have tomatoes from the garden that will immediately benefit from your sauce-making techniques! Thanks for both recipes.
