Your tart looks fantastic and so elegant! Hehe I love my long rectangular pan too (although it’s best when not using pre bought pastry as it requires a patch job).

I also used this challenge as an excuse to buy a rectangular pie pan. hehehe. Great job on the challenge, not only they look absolutely fabulous, your flavour combination is very creative and very enticing.
